Human Trafficking Awareness – Fictional Video Series
Client: International Organization for Migration (IOM)This two-part fictional video series was produced as part of a broader awareness campaign against human trafficking, developed by the International Organization for Migration (OIM Costa Rica). The goal was to help viewers recognize subtle but powerful signs that someone close—often a family member—could be a victim of trafficking. One video centered on the issue of servile marriage, while the other portrayed the emotional and psychological toll of sexual exploitation. As producer and editor, I was responsible for shaping the narrative arc and delivering compelling audiovisual content that blended cinematic storytelling with a strong social message. The campaign was widely shared on digital platforms and used by institutions for educational and preventive purposes.
