De Boca en Boca was an audiovisual campaign developed by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Costa Rica, in collaboration with the national migration authorities, to tackle the spread of misinformation surrounding migration. The campaign creatively illustrated how a message—when passed verbally from person to person—can become distorted, generating myths, fears, and prejudice toward migrant communities. Through a relatable storyline and accessible visuals, the video emphasized the importance of seeking official information from verified sources such as the General Directorate of Migration. I was responsible for the video editing and narrative cohesion, ensuring the final product effectively communicated the risks of disinformation while encouraging a culture of inclusion and informed decision-making among viewers.
